Biofeedback is a technique that can help patients control and strengthen anal and pelvic floor muscles. Electrical sensors receive information and a computer measures muscle strength during a series of exercises. The biofeedback sensors teach you how to make subtle changes, such as relaxing or contracting certain muscles, to achieve the desired results.
