Dr. Teresa H. deBeche-Adams is board certified in general surgery and colon and rectal Surgery. She completed her general surgery residency at Ochsner Health System in New Orleans, Louisiana and received her medical degree from Louisiana State University, Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. She most recently completed her fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at the Center for Colon & Rectal Surgery in Orlando under the direction of her peers and is the newest addition to the group.

Dr. deBeche-Adams jointed the team at the Center for Colon & Rectal Surgery at Florida Hospital East Orlando in 2011. She is the first fellow to graduate from the group’s Subspecialty Training Program for Colon and Rectal Surgeons. Her specialties at the facility include laparoscopic and robotic surgery of the colon and rectum, screening and therapeutic colonoscopy, surgery for colon and rectal cancers, inflammatory bowel disease, pelvic health disorders, stomas and hernia issues, and treatment of anorectal disease.
