Matthew Albert, MD, FACS, FASCRS

Board-Certified Colon & Rectal Surgeon

Dr. Albert earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Following his graduation from medical school, Dr. Albert completed his residency training in General Surgery at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. He founded The Center for Colon & Rectal Surgery in July 2004.

Teresa H.deBeche-Adams, MD, FACS, FASCRS

Board-Certified Colon & Rectal Surgeon

Dr. Teresa H. deBeche-Adams is board certified in general surgery and fellowship trained in colon and rectal surgery. She completed her general surgery residency at Ochsner Health System in New Orleans, Louisiana and received her medical degree from Louisiana State University, Health Sciences Center in Shreveport.

Jeremy Drake, MD

Jeremy Drake, MD is a general surgeon who is fellowship trained in robotic surgery for colon and rectal cancer. Dr. Drake received his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, AL, and completed his residency in general surgery at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile.

George J. Nassif, Jr., DO, FACS

Board Certified Physician & Surgeon

Dr. Nassif is Board Certified in general surgery, and completed fellowship training in colon and rectal surgery at Center for Colon & Rectal Surgery. Upon completing his fellowship training at Center for Colon & Rectal Surgery, Dr. Nassif joins Dr. Matthew Albert in the Altamonte Springs location.

Justin Kelly, MD, FRCS

Justin Kelly, MD, FRCS, is a fellowship-trained colon and rectal surgeon who has recently joined the team at the Center for Colon & Rectal Surgery.

John R.T. Monson, MD, FRCS (Ire, Eng, Ed (Hon), Glas (Hon)), FASCRS, FACS

Dr. Monson is a board-certified colon and rectal surgeon, fellowship trained in surgical oncology, vascular surgery and colon and rectal surgery. His areas of expertise include the use of minimally invasive technologies in colorectal cancer treatment, including Transanal Endoscopic Microsurgery (TEMS) laparoscopy and robotic surgery.

Bruce A. Orkin, MD

Bruce A. Orkin, MD, is a board-certified colorectal surgeon. He received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota, and performed his general surgery residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He went on to complete fellowships in gastrointestinal research at the Mayo Clinic and in colon and rectal surgery at The Cleveland Clinic.
